So we went to church Saturday evening which means bringing along various books and quiet entertainment for the kids. Mindlessly I put a coloring book and some crayons in the bag, which I thought would be harmless. Nope, things turned into a "I don't want him coloring on my page!" moment and me swiftly taking a sobbing toddler into the vestibule after ripping a crayon out of his fingers just as he was about to color on the brand NEW pew in the brand NEW church during the first mass EVER in that building (no joke!). My bad but no harm done (phew! That kid will color on anything.). I told Katherine yesterday that I don't think we'll be bringing crayons to church anymore...
"Then I think Teddy and I will be bored."
Yup.
