Soaked...

Dear Not one but TWO Drivers of State Cars:

Did you not see the pedestrian walking down the street (on the sidewalk!)? Did you have to drive through that puddle at breakneck speed???? I'll give some lenience to the first van that went by but the second one that was RIGHT BEHIND the first one??? Surely you saw it drench me, was there a need to get me more wet?? Seriously, my whole backside is SOAKED!!!! Have some concern for those of us that choose to walk to our meetings on campus, even on rainy days! I even forgot my umbrella today but was staying perfectly dry underneath my coat. Did you figure, hey if the rain isn't gonna do it to her, we'll take care of it!! Was your state appointed business that important???
